Grace Lam earned her Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her Master of Science (Architecture) from the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands.

With over 20 years of professional experience in architecture and master planning, Grace is registered as an Architect in Singapore, Hong Kong and the Netherlands. Her international work in Rotterdam, Hong Kong, Beijing (Mainland China), and Singapore has honed her professional interpersonal and communication skills. Grace possesses exceptional design and administrative abilities, managing projects from concept development through construction to final building completion and handover.

Her expertise spans a wide range of project types, including private residences, industrial facilities, laboratories, commercial spaces, business parks, institutional buildings, and healthcare facilities.

Goh JH obtained his Bachelor of Architectural Studies from the National University of Singapore and earned a Master of Science-Architecture (graduated cum laude) from the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands. Additionally, he has also completed a Post-professional Master's degree at the University of Cambridge, UK.

As a registered Architect, JH claims over 20 years of professional experience in architecture design and planning, specializing in mixed-use/integrated buildings, commercial spaces, offices, high-tech industrial buildings, and private residences. He has acquired extensive international experience in Rotterdam, Hong Kong, Beijing, and Singapore, with a strong emphasis on sustainability design and proficient project management skills. Notably, he has achieved Greenmark Platinum and LEED gold certifications through BIM implementation across various projects.

JH has also served as an Adjunct Professor at SUTD, contributing expertise to design studios.
